LAYAS MARTS - Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need an exchange or return, please read our policy carefully.
Exchange Policy
- You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via email (official@layasmarts.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9880247241) within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
- Shipping charges (both return and re-shipping) must be paid by you.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send the new size within 5 working days.
- If the requested size is out of stock, you can choose another product of the same price.
- If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the price difference before we process your order.
- Only one exchange per order – no exchanges for a second time
Return Policy
- If you're not happy with your product, request a return within 72 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- The item must be returned within 5 days of receiving it, and you must share the tracking details with us.
- Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with all tags intact, are eligible for a return.
- Returns are accepted only if the package was not tampered with upon delivery.
- You must pay for return shipping.
Non Exchange Policy
- Items purchased during Clearance Sale, Layas Mega Sale, Festival Sale, buy1 get1 free, mother's day, valentine's day, women's day or listed under the 'Offer Zone' category are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery for assistance.”
Non-Returnable Items
- Offer Zone collection items cannot be returned unless there is a defect from our side.
Damages & Issues
- Check your order when you receive it. If there’s any damage or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can fix the issue.
- You must record a full unboxing video (showing both sides of the parcel and the seal). Without this video, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
Refunds
- After we receive and check your return, we will approve or reject the refund.
- If approved, you’ll get your refund within 10 business days in your original payment method.
- Bank processing may take extra time. If 15 days pass without a refund, contact us at official@layasmarts.com.
